In this role, you will be responsible for performing intricate wiring and assembly of cables and cable harnesses, including fiber optics, working from detailed blueprints and process sheets. You’ll use your skills in bonding, molding, and product preparation to ensure high-quality final inspection, all while handling the assembly of connectors and other components using simple mechanical tools.\n\nThis position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience, especially those familiar with cable assembly or fiber optics, to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll need good hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and pass vision and color blindness tests.\n\nThe work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.\n\nRequired Skills, Education and Experience:\n\n1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience\nExperience with cable assembly or fiber optics is a big plus\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and process sheets\nGood manual dexterity and coordination\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work with mechanical instruments\nStrong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions\n\nThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
