Join our team as we help shape the future.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDesign and monitor robust ETL/ELT pipelines; monitor data quality, pipeline health, system performance; troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues quickly and effectively.\r\nManage, optimize, and maintain databases; ensure high availability, backup, disaster recovery; implement security policies, access control, auditing; perform performance tuning, indexing, query optimization; support schema design and data modeling; execute ad-hoc data cleanup and corrections.\r\nPartner with data engineers, analysts, and architects to design scalable data solutions; provide guidance on best practices for data architecture, storage, and processing; identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and inefficiencies; contribute to documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing across the team.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n7+ years of experience in data engineering, database administration, or related roles.\r\nStrong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., DBT, Talend, Informatica, custom Python scripts).\r\nHands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Redshift).\r\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Talend).\r\nSolid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and security best practices.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nKnowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation.\r\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools.\r\nExperience working in Agile or DevOps environments.\r\nCompensation\r\nThe listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. The base pay range for this role is: $120,000 - $160,000 .
