Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.Position OverviewThe Night Production Manager leads overnight manufacturing operations at H.B. Fuller’s South Bend site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role is responsible for supervising teams, optimizing processes, and meeting production targets while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The position partners cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and support overall plant performance.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support night shift production teams to meet daily output, quality, and safety goalsMonitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and proceduresTrack and report key performance metrics (e.g., throughput, downtime, scrap rates)Lead shift handoffs and communicate production updates across teamsCoach and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance managementCollaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issuesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wasteMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments2+ years of people leadership experience in a production settingDemonstrated ability to manage production metrics and meet operational targetsLegal authorization to work in the United StatesPreferred RequirementsExperience in chemical, adhesives, or industrial manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)Proficiency with manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, MES) and data analysis toolsExperience supporting multi-shift or 24/7 production operationsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $135,000-$155,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
