Here, we foster meaningful careers, invest in the future, and make a difference for clients, institutions and communities around the world.\n\nJob Description\n\nRegistered Practice Associates are licensed field employees who, in addition to capabilities approved for registered staff, may also complete one or more of the 6* permissible activities and capabilities enabled for this role.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProactively support a segment of advisors book in all service/sales activities; including engaging every client in a digital relationship, preparing financial and/or delivering plans, conducting investment research, re-balancing portfolios, completing trades and transactions, servicing clients via in person or virtual meetings\n\nPerform general licensed activities to support the practice. Responsibilities may include, are not limited to: executing and participating in marketing events, client prospecting, servicing all clients within the practice, executing practice service model, managing proactive client contact, etc\n\nGeneral practice support; supporting practice's client service model (including scheduling client and prospect meetings), executing practice's marketing plan (including planning and attending events), engaging clients in the digital experience, processing client requests, following up on new business submission, rectifying errors, etc.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelors degree or equivalent\n\n3 - 5 years Relevant Experience Required\n\nSeries 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days\n\nState securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days\n\nState IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days\n\nLife, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days\n\nMust obtain and hold all required licenses for a registered role per firm guidelines.\n\nExperience working in a client service environment\n\nDetail oriented, strong math and analytical skills.\n\nGood organization and time management.\n\nAble to manage multiple priorities and demands effectively.\n\nAble to work independently with little direction.Able to communicate effectively with team members, clients, prospects and peers.\n\nProcess oriented.\n\nStrong computer and software skills.\n\nCommitment to deliver the Ameriprise Client Experience for a financial advisory practice.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBase Pay Salary\n\nFull time\n\nExempt/Non-Exempt\n\nNon-Exempt\n\nJob Family Group\n\nBusiness Support & Operations\n\nLine of Business\n\nAAG Ameriprise Advisor Group\n\nAmeriprise Financial is an equal opportunity employer.
