The Database Reliability team is the backbone that supports Assurant as we continue to grow our Lender Placed Insurance platform and support Fortune 50 Financial clients.What You'll DoDevelop and refine processes to review overall database system performanceAssist in performance testing with our team of DevOps/SRE engineersPlan for future growth capacityParticipate in on-call / incident management scheduleAssist with continued client migrations from legacy data centers to AzurePartner with the Enterprise engineering organization to help support application development teamsTrain and collaborate with other departments on how to run production database systems and write effective queries, indexes, partitions, filegroupsWho You AreYou love database and query design, but have an even greater love for efficiency and tuning. You make decisions based on data and are not afraid of experimenting to get the information you need.
