This means that each pay period you work three 12-hour shifts one week, and four 12-hour shifts the following week*. Per California law, you will be eligible for Overtime Pay (1.5X Hourly Rate) for all time worked over 8 hours in one shift (24.5 hours of OT per two week pay period). Must be willing to work weekends\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nMinimum 3 years work experience directly in Photolithography area\nExperience on mask aligner, resist coating and developing tools, such as Tamarack and CEE coater and developer\nExperience in inspection for MEMS device\nFamiliar with metrology tools, such as, Hologenix, AOI, Tencor and Z-scope\nGood with verbal and written communication\nGood team player\nDetermine the final product requirements based on job specifications, including appearance and measurement\nVerify accuracy of materials used to complete all jobs to specifications including (but not limited to) resist spinning, exposure, developing and baking.\nExamine product for defects such as resist bubbles, voids, cracks, seams – as compared to target quality.\nProperly complete all paperwork, maintain proper separation of product per job and or lot number at all times, consult with quality assurance on product appearance and performance, maintain cleanliness and organization of Litho area, maintain a professional and respectful work environment.\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED\nMinimum 5 years hands on work experience directly in Photolithography wafer process, including resist coating/developing, mask aligner operation and measurement of resist CD and thickness metrology tool\nHands on experience with chemicals handling\nHands on experience in inspection for MEMS device using wafer inspection microscope\nFamiliar with metrology tools, such as Cyber, Hologenix, Dage, Tencor, XRF and Z-scope\nMinimum 2 years technical degree\nGood with verbal and written communication.\nProficient in using computer and familiar with MS Word and Excel\nDetail oriented and good at following instructions\nGood team player\nProperly complete all paperwork, maintain proper separation of product per job and or lot number at all times, consult with quality assurance on product appearance and performance, maintain cleanliness and organization of Plating area, maintain a professional and respectful work environment.\nExperience in Thin Film cleaning and etching processes is plus, including sputtering and wet etching.\nThe pay range for this role in Baldwin Park, CA is between $23.25 and $30.50. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
