The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Flutter applications for iOS and Android, a strong understanding of software engineering principles, and experience working within Agile development teams.\n\nThe Flutter Developer will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that support business objectives.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain Flutter applications for mobile, web, and desktop platforms.\nBuild reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following established coding standards.\nImplement responsive user interfaces based on UI/UX designs.\nIntegrate applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.\nDevelop offline-first capabilities and local data storage solutions when required.\nParticipate in architecture and design discussions.\nWrite clean, well-documented, and testable code.\nPerform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\nDebug and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.\nEnsure application security and compliance with organizational standards.\nWork closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand requirements.\nCollaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality and reliability.\nParticipate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.\nContribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipeline improvements.\nStay current with Flutter, Dart, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.\nEvaluate new tools and frameworks that improve development efficiency and product quality.\nDocument technical designs, configurations, and development processes.\nSkills/Experience Required:\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.\n3+ years of software development experience.\n2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.\nTechnical Skills: Flutter, Dart, Git source control, RESTful APIs, JSON, Mobile app architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, HTML/CSS & JavaScript\nPreferred Skills: Firebase, MySQL databases, Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift), Experience with web and desktop Flutter deployments, Knowledge of software security best practices\nExperience developing and releasing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.\nExperience integrating REST APIs and backend services.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.\nSarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
