We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.\nIf you are ready to make a difference as part of the world's greatest sports team, apply to join our team today!\nOVERVIEW:\nOVERVIEW:\nOur store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, high brand and execution standards, ability to prioritize and efficient execution of operational processes.\nGreet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.\nEnsure that all merchandise and product received at the store is processed in accordance with established programs and procedures; the backroom is organized and maintained so that merchandise is easily accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.\nUphold company merchandising and presentation standards.\nAssist with the unloading of trucks, processing of freight, execution of transfers, RTVS, claims, freight processing, etc.\nFulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.\nAdhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.\nCreate an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.\nTake an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.\nPerform other tasks as assigned by management.\nTEAMMATE TRAITS:\nOur traits set the bar as to what great teammates look like. Here are the traits we look for in our store teammates:\nEnsures Accountability\nCustomer-Focus\nCollaborative\nInstills Trust\nDecision-Quality/Decision-Making Abilities\nAction-Oriented\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nPrior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.\nAbility to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).\nAbility to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.\nAbility to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or\nplatform.\nAbility to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).\nTargeted Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
