We are currently looking for Service and Installation Supervisor to join our team in the Florida Panhandle area.\nLocation: Remote\nJob Type: Full- time\nSchedule: Fixed\nOvertime: Yes\nFLSA Status: Non-Exempt\nTravel: Yes, within FL Panhandle region\nRequirements:\nHire and train personnel on service, installation processes, and procedures\nProvide leadership to Connect Fiber Optic Technicians\nEnsure all field personnel are outfitted with necessary tools and equipment\nEnsure proper processes are in place for maintaining all tools and equipment\nEnsure proper inventory management practices are in place for CPE, service and installation materials\nOversee drivers of company fleet and provide leadership of proper vehicle usage and maintenance\nManage service technician scheduling\ni. Develop and maintain service and install reporting/dashboards as needed.\nii. Complete EOD reporting requirements\n8. Manage storm restoration service process\ni. Develop and maintain process for damage notifications\nii. Manage service trouble tickets and drop restoration process.\niii. Assist OSP Construction department with troubleshooting as needed.\n9. Troubleshoot from the home to the tap.\n10. Manage Connect commercial installations\na. Manage commercial install technicians are properly trained and equipped.\nb. Manage commercial install schedules and dispatch\n11. Assist with management of Connect Complete projects\n12. Build/maintain positive business relationships with our co-op clients.\n13. Travel to co-op clients as needed.\n14. Ensure service technicians assist Conexon Project Managers & Maintenance Managers troubleshoot issues in the field when needed.\n15. Work together with Connect Sales/Marketing team & Co-op clients to determine causes of low performance & provide feedback on how to increase sales & penetration rates\n16. Assist with escalated customer complaints/issues as required\n17. Support RDOF regulatory field verification\n18.
