If you love crafting cocktails, providing exceptional service, and working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!\n\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a bartender at Ruby 360 Lodge, you’ll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:\nPreparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.\nEngaging with guests to provide outstanding customer service, take orders, and offer recommendations.\nMaintaining a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.\nAccurately managing bar tabs and ensuring proper handling of payments.\nMonitoring inventory levels and reporting needs to the Lodge Manager.\nAssisting with end-of-night clean-up, including dining room, silverware, and bar glassware.\nStocking the bar each night before departure to ensure seamless operations.\nAdhering to food handling and safety regulations to maintain health standards.\nManaging all bar products, including garnishes and mixers, and collaborating with the Head Chef on Sysco orders.\nUpdating the bar menu and verifying/updating menu costs and prices.\nTransporting alcohol deliveries from the delivery point in Lamoille to Ruby 360 Lodge.\nWhat We're Looking For\nTo excel in this role, you’ll need:\nAt least 1 year of proven bartending experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.\nManagement experience with skills in staff training, conflict resolution, and adherence to employer rules and local alcohol laws.\nStrong customer service skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.\nExcellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.\nA passion for mixology and attention to detail to craft exceptional beverages.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Ruby 360 Lodge, we value our team and offer benefits that make working with us even more rewarding:\nPooled gratuity to enhance your earnings.\nEmployee discounts on store items, including premium brands like The North Face, YETI, and more.\nA supportive and collaborative work environment in a stunning mountain setting.\nAbout Ruby 360 Lodge\nRuby 360 Lodge offers premier dining and adventure packages through the summer and fall seasons, then operates as home base for Ruby Mountain Heli-Ski, the longest family-run heli-ski operation in North America during the winter.
