Boutique Manager – L/UNIFORM NYC
As a brand ambassador for L/UNIFORM in New York, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates. You will also oversee sales development and customer loyalty initiatives for our new clientele, while respecting the Maison’s identity, values, and positioning.You will ensure the smooth daily operation of the boutique and drive overall commercial performance.Your responsibilities will include:Business Development· Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets (previously defined with Retail Management).· Actively contribute to the planning and success of in-store commercial operations (collaborations, new product launches, visual merchandising initiatives, etc.).· Monitor market trends and evolving customer behavior in order to adjust product assortments and maximize sales.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with our network by delivering an excellent level of service.· Provide weekly activity reports to Management regarding commercial operations as well as the performance of each product category.Boutique Management· Ensure impeccable product presentation and maintain the overall appearance and standards of the boutique.· Guarantee rigorous stock management. In collaboration with our Supply Chain team, coordinate logistics to ensure optimal boutique replenishment.· Work closely with internal teams (retail, marketing, merchandising, etc.) to plan and coordinate special events and product launches.· Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring each client receives a personalized experience aligned with the Maison’s positioning.Team Management· Participate in the recruitment and training of each team member, ensuring compliance with procedures established by Headquarters.· Promote and foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring the team delivers a personalized experience in line with L/UNIFORM standards.· Set individual and collective goals, monitor performance, and provide daily feedback.· Encourage team cohesion by creating a positive and motivating work environment.Profile Sought· Proven and significant experience in managing and leading a boutique or establishment within a premium or luxury environment.· Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for retail and hands-on operations.· Strong listening skills, rigor, leadership, and a caring management style.· Excellent presentation, strong product sensitivity, and appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship.· Fluent in English (for French candidates).· Expected start date: early July, including a two-week training period in Paris.· Position based in New York.
