Business Transformation Lead

Stable10 has partnered with a fast-scaling technology company to support the build-out of a newly established Business Transformation function.We are looking to speak with individuals who enjoy operating in highly cross-functional environments and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across operations, process optimization, automation, productivity, and organizational scalability.This is a high-visibility opportunity working closely with senior transformation leadership in a greenfield environment where the successful individual will help shape processes, support strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to long-term transformation programs across multiple business functions.Role scope:• Partner closely with Transformation leadership to support the build-out of a growing transformation function• Drive cross-functional initiatives focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and process improvement• Work across multiple business areas including operations, finance, technology, enablement, and GTM functions• Help identify transformation opportunities, operational gaps, and workflow inefficiencies across the organization• Support automation and AI-assisted initiatives aimed at improving productivity and business performance• Engage with stakeholders across varying levels of the business to drive alignment, accountability, and execution• Contribute to the development of scalable frameworks, processes, and transformation best practices as the business continues to grow internationallyKey skills & experience:• Experience within business transformation, strategic operations, PMO, operational excellence, or business enablement functions• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills• Experience supporting enterprise-wide process improvement or transformation initiatives• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, or evolving environments• Exposure to automation, AI-assisted solutions, systems optimization, or operational scalability initiatives• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building capability• Experience working across departments such as operations, finance, technology, GTM, enablement, or shared services environments is beneficial• Background within high-growth technology, consulting, SaaS, enterprise operations, or transformation-focused environments preferredThis role offers strong long-term growth potential, broad exposure across the business, and the opportunity to help build something at an early stage within a rapidly growing organization.For a confidential discussion, please reach out directly or send your resume to Stable10.
