Maintenance Technician

## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker with logical thinking & problem solving skills. Able to do a little in areas such as, paint, drywall, plumbing & eletrical. ## Responsibilities - Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed - Conduct residential painting projects - Maintain and repair mechanical equipment - Utilize an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical systems - Supervise contractors during maintenance projects - Interpret electrical schematics for troubleshooting purposes - Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance issues ## Requirements - Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques - Experience in residential painting - Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance - Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics - Supervisory skills for overseeing maintenance tasks - Understanding of electrical schematics - Strong customer service orientation If you possess these skills and are looking to contribute your expertise to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for the Maintenance Technician position.
