This role ensures that cybersecurity policies, security configurations, and operational practices are properly implemented and continuously maintained to meet Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Department of the Air Force cyber requirementsQualifications Required Bachelor's or equivalent with 5 years of specific experience supporting DoW Cyber/ Information Systems Security Required certification: Sec+ or equivalent (CySA+/GICSP/GSEC/CND/SSCP/CGRC) Experience applying security policies, documenting system security operations and maintenance activities, and performing security reviews to identify gaps in security architecture, and develop security risk management plans Understanding of the system certification process Experience with information assurance risk assessments Understanding of information security principles, DoW STIGs, RMF, and A&A processes for systems Strong written and verbal communication skills MUST HAVE A CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI ELIGIBLE SECURITY CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.Qualifications Desired MS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree Knowledge of the following tools: Splunk, ACAS, Evaluate_STIG, STIG Viewer, eMASS / eMASSter, CVSS Calculator, Jira, Confluence, Mattermost Understanding of security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies for networked and non-networked systems Strong problem-solving skillsRequired Certifications: See Required SkillsU.S. Citizenship Required: YesSecurity Clearance Required: TS/SCIEmployment Type: Regular Full-timeBackground Check Type: 7 Year Pre-EmploymentDrug Screen Required: NonePosition Contingent Upon Contract Award: YesSalary Range$110,448 - $128,960 USDREAL ID RequirementThis position may require the ability to access to U.S. federal facilities.
