If you're looking to grow your technical career within an extremely reputable, stable Fortune 100 company - let's talk!\r\nAs an IT Project/Program Manager, you will work with the Application Program Management Team and manage project teams to build software solutions that integrate common services across our application portfolio and other enterprise systems used by Company's customers and dealers.\r\nThe integration of applications with various Digital Platform capabilities that are built on the latest technologies by adopting industry's best architecture patterns, security best practices etc. are critical for application's success and its adoption.\r\nThe IT Project/Program Manager is accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget, and error-free.\r\nManage the planning and execution of project team members.\r\nManage the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.\r\nSupport various project teams and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at concept stage and continuing through prototype, pilot, implementation and follow-up stages of various projects.\r\nDevelop and produce project management schedules.\r\nUse professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.\r\nManage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.\r\nManage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including affected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.\r\nWork with individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.\r\nMonitor progress of projects, discuss problems with affected areas, assure appropriate personnel are informed of problems and steps are in place to meet schedules.\r\nDepending on the nature of problems, recommend possible solutions and alternatives.\r\nEducation & Experience Required:\r\nBachelor's degree with 8+ years experience\r\nMaster's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, business) with 6+ years experience\r\nDesirable: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP certification, Change Management Certification\r\nRequired Skills\r\n6 years' experience in managing a project from inception to completion, with ability to lead the team to alignment\r\nLeading end-to-end program management in a cross-functional matrix organization\r\n6+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in Agile development, business partners, and product managers\r\nProven experience with project management concepts including charters, scheduling and planning, and successful completion;
