If you thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment and enjoy working on cutting-edge technologies, we'd love to have you on our team.\nRequired Technical Skills:\n3-5 years experience in full-stack development with strong working knowledge of React, Node.js, Python, and cloud technology (Google, AWS, Azure).\nFamiliarity with mobile app development (i.e. React Native, Flutter).\nExperience with state management libraries (Redux) and component design systems.\nSelf-motivated with a positive and professional approach.\nHaving knowledge in other languages like C#, Go, or Ruby is a plus.\nRequired Education/Experience:\nBachelor's degree as a minimum or demonstrate equivalent experience.\nCloud certifications/shown experience is a plus.\nFrontend or full-stack certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Meta Front-End Developer) are a plus.\nUS DoD Clearance preferred or willingness to obtain such\nQualifications:\nStrong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.\nProficiency in backend development with Node.js, Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django), or Java (SpringBoot).\nSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.\nFamiliarity with MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other scalable databases.\nCloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).\nStrong understanding of API design, authentication, and secure coding practices.\nExperience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.\nBackground in mobile development (React Native) or progressive web apps is a plus.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).\nBuild and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.\nDevelop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.\nImplement and manage relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB).\nIntegrate with cloud-native services and deploy applications using containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).\nImplement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure code quality and reliability.\nCollaborate with UX designers, product analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nDocument application architecture, APIs, and development workflows.\nWork on integrating AI/ML models into full-stack applications is a plus.\nTravel - must be willing to travel 25% and periodically up to 50%\n\nSterling Computers Corporation (“Sterling”) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
