The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to maintain productivity while following established processes and standards.Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pmPay: $24.00/hourLocation: Bedford, MAJob Duties:Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electromechanical productsPerform various manufacturing process steps according to established proceduresMaintain quality and productivity standardsRoute completed products to their designated locationsProcess accurate inventory transactionsPerform routine inventory cycle countsMaintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work areaParticipate in continuous improvement activitiesFollow established safety, quality, and production proceduresRequirements:Mechanical and electromechanical experience preferredPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow detailed work instructions and established processesBasic inventory and computer skills preferredAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPay Details: $24.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
