Nursing Assistant/Activities Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant or Resident Care Aide to join our adult day center team. The position will provide direct patient care and assist with engaging activities. Duties: - Assist participants with activities of daily living such as toileting, bathing, grooming, and feeding - Take and record vital signs - Help participants with mobility - Maintain a clean and safe environment -Perform scheduled acivitities with older adults Requirements: - Prior experience working with older adults preferred - Ability to lift 40 pounds - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience know universal precautions - Basic computer knowledge -Proper lifiting techniques This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults while gaining valuable experience in the adult day care field.
