Leasing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Super Star for a beautiful property. RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualify potential residents and place them in housing that best fits their needs. Market through Yardi Rent Cafe. Ensure units have been made ready prior to move-in. Have a working knowledge of all lease-related documents and be able to accurately complete the documents in a timely manner. Stay current with company provided training courses and more. Great customer service so that residents renew their leases. Work to renew leases and lease documents. Marketing and advertising. QUALIFICATIONS: Leasing experience preferred; Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to display professional behavior and image. Oral and written communication skills. Dependable transportation.
