The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing legacy business processes and transforming them into secure, automated digital workflows within a Sentris Protected SharePoint environment to support a large enterprise IT system. This role combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on SharePoint configuration to deploy secure site collections, lists, and tools.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Evaluate, document, and modernize customer legacy organizational business processesConducting on-site stakeholder engagements to gather functional requirementsPerform gap analysis, and mapping complex manual workflows into optimized digital processes within the constraints of the Sentris Protected SharePoint environmentDesign, build and deploy secure sites collections, shared workspaces, automated workflows, tasks lists, and web contentConfigure SharePoint site collections, lists, document libraries, web content and metadata, while ensuring Sentris access controls and protections requirements are maintainedEngage and coordinate with MANTECH Sentris developers and engineers to identify new applications and capabilities compatible with Sentris Protected SharePoint that may be used to increase efficiencies and modernize process implementation within the digital environmentDevelop user training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure successful end-user adoptionProvide weekly and monthly status reports to Program and/or Government stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years of technical experience in SharePoint systems engineering, administration, or developmentScripting languages: Strong background with PowerShell, C#, .NET, and JavaScript for environment customizations.Data Integration: Familiarity with SQL Server database maintenance and Microsoft Graph API configurationMust meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M or 8140 for Information Assurance and computing environment certification.Secure Hybrid-Cloud or On-Premises Windows Enterprise Infrastructure experienceExpertise in integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applicationsAbility to create comprehensive technical documentation and user guidesPreferred Qualifications:Sentris Proficiency: Hands-on experience or completion of the Sentris Enterprise Engineer Training or certificationExperience in training end-users SharePoint and other systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentationAbility to lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and qualityStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teamsClearance Requirements:Must have a current / active TS/SCI clearance.  Will need to obtain a CI Polygraph within six months.Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations","company":"ManTech","rawCompany":"mantech","city":"Chantilly","state":"VA","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-08-06T22:20:29.872Z","occupations":[{"code":"15-1299.08","title":"Computer Systems Engineers/Architects","slug":"computer-systems-engineers-architects"},{"code":"15-1211.00","title":"Computer Systems Analysts","slug":"computer-systems-analysts"},{"code":"15-1252.00","title":"Software Developers","slug":"software-developers"}],"industries":[{"code":"541512","title":"Computer Systems Design Services","slug":"computer-systems-design-services"},{"code":"541690","title":"Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services","slug":"other-scientific-and-technical-consulting-services"},{"code":"541330","title":"Engineering Services","slug":"engineering-services"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"SharePoint Solutions Engineer","description":"MANTECH is seeking motivated, career and customer-oriented SharePoint Solutions Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
