Heavy Vehicle Mechanic - PTO & Benefits

We are hiring a full-time Mechanic for our School Bus Fleet Maintenance department.Founded in 1924, we are a family-owned transportation company with a fleet of over 1,000 buses transporting students across Connecticut and Rhode Island.We offer a family-oriented culture, room for advancement, competitive pay ($22.00-38.38/hr), medical/dental insurance, 401k with match, paid time off, certification reimbursement, uniform program, paid training, and ASE certification bonuses.Primary duties include performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, completing paperwork, and making road calls.Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of automotive/truck/bus repair experience, mechanical aptitude, driver’s license, and physical ability to perform tasks.Questions?
