Duration: Contract to hire.\r\nDuties Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Professional Billing (PB) functionality\r\nAnalyze business workflows and translate requirements into system design and solutions\r\nCollaborate with revenue cycle, coding, and clinical teams to improve billing processes\r\nSupport charge capture, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management workflows\r\nTroubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution or escalation\r\nPerform system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives\r\nDevelop and maintain documentation, including workflows, build specifications, and training materials\r\nParticipate in testing efforts (unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing)\r\nEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and billing guidelines (e.g., CMS, HIPAA)\r\nProvide end-user support and training as needed\r\nMonitor system performance and recommend improvements\r\nSkills Strong understanding of Epic Professional Billing (PB) application functionality\r\nExpertise in revenue cycle management and professional billing workflows\r\nExperience with charge router, fee schedules, claims editing, and reimbursement workflows\r\nKnowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding standards\r\nFamiliarity with clearinghouses and payer requirements\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities\r\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\r\nExperience with system configuration, testing, and production support\r\nExperience 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing Epic PB\r\nProven experience in healthcare IT, specifically within revenue cycle operations\r\nExperience working in a hospital or healthcare system environment\r\nDemonstrated success in system optimization and workflow improvements\r\nEducation Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)\r\nEpic Professional Billing (PB) Certification required\r\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.\r\nCTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.\r\nTo Apply To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
