Due to company growth, we are looking for a motivated and driven District Sales Manager to join our team.Position OverviewAs the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of outside sales representatives and driving sales within your designated district. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the district Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed sales goals Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review progress, provide feedback, and set goals and objectives Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales and customer service Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition Travel within the district to meet with clients and attend industry events and conferences Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulationsQualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
