Building the capability of our support teams to consistently deliver elevated levels of service is challenging and complex - and incredibly satisfying!\n\nWe are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to facilitate and implement our training programs for the Auto Crash and Claims vertical. This role will ensure that all learning solutions are delivered according to best-practice processes and methods and always in alignment with our unique operating model. With the US&C and Global Claims Team relying on L&D to equip them with the knowledge and know-how to help our customers, it's imperative that our L&D tools, content, and deployment channels are efficient, effective, and in-sync with business operations .\n\nThis role is pivotal in ensuring we're able to create the best learning experience to increase retention and transfer of both technical and non-technical subject matter.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nAssist with the development and enhancement of L&D training curriculum\nSupport Instructor led and virtual instructor led learning delivery in multiple environments and modalities\nDeliver train the trainer events\nTrack and report post-training performance\nCreate improvement plans when training objectives are not met or when results can be improved both for New Hire training and for tenured agents\nManage and Track L&D team objectives\nBe involved or lead complex projects\nCoaching and mentoring less tenured delivery specialists\nBasic Qualifications\n1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development including Virtual and In-person training delivery or 1-2 years experience handling critical Safety incidents or insurance claims experience including bodily injury claims and 3m+ working with the Uber Claims Team.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems and applying adult learning principles and instructional design models\n2+ years of demonstrated experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in fields such as financial services, insurance, or safety compliance\n1+ years of experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies\nExperience working with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) and excellent communication skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\nExperience facilitating training across regions\nProven track record of implementing and measuring learning projects\nDemonstrate Stakeholder Management by identifying training needs, fostering effective lines of communication, and building and maintaining relationships amongst various business partners\nAnalyze learner's engagement and understanding of the learning content, provide consistent and constructive feedback to help grow and develop in both their strengths and opportunities\nAbility to facilitate complex training topics with a high degree of expertise, adaptability, and strategic focus\nEEO Statement\n\nUber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
