Job Title: Training AssociateLocation: Indianapolis, INContractor Work Model: OnsiteHours: M – F 8am – 5pm Compensation: $32.60 - $38.30/hrType: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanentOverviewThis role provides critical operational support for Learning & Development (L&D) within a global manufacturing and quality environment. The Learning & Development Administrator ensures accurate Learning Plan management, LMS operations, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors and enterprise learning administration.ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and maintain Learning Plans in the LMS based on direction from Learning StrategistsAssign and manage curricula, courses, and training activities across multiple business functionsMonitor training completion and compliance, escalating risks or gaps as neededConduct audits and quality checks to ensure LMS data accuracy and integrityProcess LMS transactions including enrollments, completions, waivers, and extensionsRespond to learner and manager inquiries regarding training assignments and recordsGenerate and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from the LMSMaintain accurate documentation of administrative actions and training recordsCoordinate scheduling and logistics for instructor-led training sessionsOrganize and maintain shared team files, resources, and documentationSupport data entry, cleanup, and system maintenance within L&D platformsAct as liaison with external learning services provider, managing requests, tracking SLAs, and ensuring timely resolutionRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in learning administration supporting multiple business areas or functionsHands-on experience with Learning Management Systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experiencePreferred:Experience supporting learning and compliance in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise L&D operations and compliance-driven training programsSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
