Supports overall project planning by providing functional strategic guidance.\r\nThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.\r\nEssential Functions\r\nProvides functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration and overall solution architecture.\r\nAdvises Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform.\r\nProvides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.\r\nDesigns and supports proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.\r\nDesigns, develops and supports business requirements by leveraging SAP solutions.\r\nProvides support for pre-sales initiatives that include developing and reviewing roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP/RFQ's.\r\nCompletes assigned deliverables\r\nOwns the as-is and to-be system landscape diagrams in conjunction with the Technical Lead.\r\nOwns the Solution Architecture document - ensures inputs are received from Technical and Functional Leads.\r\nResponsible for supporting functional and technical leads in workshops.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or other related field.\r\nValid & current Certification in at least one SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central module.\r\nLed 5+ full life cycle implementations, solutions architecture, or similar role.\r\nExperience in global enterprise architecture and cross module expertise.\r\nDevelop global strategies for the Center of Excellence team.\r\nServe as the design authority across all phases.\r\nDeep cross module experience.\r\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)\r\nExpert in implementation of SuccessFactors modules.\r\nExpert with SAP Integration.\r\nDemonstrates expertise in Human Resources industry best practices.\r\nExcellent written and oral communication skills; ability to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner and tailor message to fit the interests and needs of the audience.\r\nAttention to detail and quality with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new business concepts, models, and techniques.\r\nAbility to work remotely with minimal supervision.\r\nMandatory Skills\r\nSAP SF Solution Architecture.
