Be part of something bigger with Chromalloy.\n\nVideo: What We Do\n\nAs a Process Engineer, your responsibilities include providing technical and production support for the manufacture of gas turbine components used in aerospace and industrial applications. You’ll develop and optimize CNC machining and EDM drilling/die sink processes, create new fixtures and tools, and troubleshoot existing processes. Additionally, you’ll lead project teams, apply Lean methodologies, and collaborate with the Chromalloy Engineering team on new parts, repairs, and technology implementation.\nThis role is not available for new/future sponsorship or transfer of nonimmigrant work visas\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop fixturing, tooling, and CNC programs for Milling, Grinding, and EDM of turbine components.\nCollaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure flawless production and perfect part quality.\nApply CI and Lean tools and methodologies to continuously improve our processes. Identify, develop and implement tooling/equipment improvements.\nLead project teams working on new designs, repairs, and process enhancements.\nUtilize project management skills to drive successful outcomes within technical, budgetary, and schedule requirements.\nEngage with the Chromalloy Engineering team to develop new parts, repairs, and cutting-edge technologies.\nImplement innovative methods that positively impact business metrics.\nQualifications:\n\nA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or similar discipline\n3+ years of experience as an Engineer in the Aerospace or Industrial Gas Turbine Engine mechanical design discipline\nHands-on experience with machine processing in a manufacturing environment\nExperience with Multi-Axis Grinding, Milling, EDM Drilling, and/or EDM Die Sink Machining\nAbility to thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment and a track record of delivering results.\nChromalloy is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
