Known as a welcoming neighborhood gathering spot, we are now expanding and seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at our exciting new location.Position OverviewAs Executive Chef, you will be the Back-of-House Operator, responsible for leading and managing a team of 15–20 kitchen staff. You will oversee all kitchen operations, maintain high food quality and consistency, control costs, and ensure exceptional service to our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume sports bar environment.Key Responsibilities• Lead, train, and manage a team of 15–20 kitchen staff• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and execution• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards• Manage food costs, inventory, and labor efficiency• Collaborate with the General Manager, Hospitality Director and Director of Operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance• Contribute creative input to the menu while upholding our core offerings• Support the development and growth of our catering operations• Prepare the kitchen for a successful grand opening and ongoing high-volume serviceSchedule & Expectations• Kitchen is open until 10:00 PM• Immediate hiring need — the grand opening is approaching soon• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and during peak sports eventsCompensation & Benefits• Base salary: $80,000• Performance-driven bonus• Comprehensive health care benefits, including dental and vision• Opportunity to grow with a successful, expanding family-owned companyWhat We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a passionate, experienced Executive Chef who thrives in a fast-paced sports bar environment.
