Front of House Team Member

We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our team in Raleigh. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy welcoming guests, staying organised, and helping create a smooth, positive experience from the moment someone walks in. As part of the FOH team, you’ll support daily operations by greeting customers, assisting with enquiries, maintaining a clean and inviting space, and ensuring service runs efficiently during busy periods. What You’ll Be Responsible For In this FOH position, your duties may include: Greeting guests and providing a warm, friendly first impression Assisting customers with basic questions, directions, or service needs Managing the front area, ensuring it remains clean, tidy, and well-presented Supporting order-taking, seating, or check-in processes (depending on the business type) Communicating clearly with kitchen or back-of-house teams Monitoring customer flow and helping keep service areas running smoothly Restocking front-of-house supplies when needed Maintaining service standards and following safety guidelines Who We’re Looking For You’ll do well in this role if you: Enjoy working directly with people and providing great service Communicate clearly and professionally Stay calm and collected during busy periods Are organized, dependable, and take pride in your work Adapt easily and pick up new tasks quickly Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to every shift Have prior FOH, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not required) Training is provided, so early-career applicants are welcome.
