As a key member of our Life Sciences program support team, you'll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities related to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project.Receiving, recording, and distributing vendor and/or sub-contract documentationProcessing, distributing, and maintaining controlled documentation using proprietary software, process documents for revision and approval, and monitoring the distribution and reconciliation of all supplier documentsUploading documentation to Client's EDMS (Electronic Data Management System)Preparing and issuing necessary vendor document related reports and other necessary functions in support of the projectFlexibility in dealing with several projects and must be responsive to the projects that are being servedCoordinating with Project Management, Discipline Leads, Supply Management and Construction Management during project executionEntering contacts, purchase orders, and other set-up criteria in the electronic data management systemHere's what you'll need0-2 years of Document Control experience (previous internships or work experience)Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and other EDMS systemsStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of technical terminologyAbility to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goalsThis role is not eligible to candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future.Ideally, here's what you'll also haveExperience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issuesFamiliarity with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.)Experience with ProjectWise, Prolog, ACC Autodesk, Procore, Epic, Eida or other Construction Management softwareExperience with InDesignOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
