The HEAP Processor is responsible for determining client eligibility for the Home Energy Assistance Programs, maintaining compliance with program requirements, processing payments, managing client records, and providing administrative and customer service support. This position works closely with clients, vendors, utility companies, and community partners while maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring accurate documentation and data management.\n\nIdeal skills\n\nStrong organizational and basic math skills.\nCommunication and language skills.\nStrong computer skills with basic knowledge of Excel Microsoft office and other office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax, etc...\nAbility to interact with customers from a variety of backgrounds and with different levels of management.\nCapability to apply common sense of understanding to carry out instructions in written and oral form.\nAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of related work experience.
