You'll work independently to accurately select products, stack them on pallets, and keep your work area clean and organized while following safety procedures.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nAccurately pick customer orders for next-day delivery.\nOperate stand-up ride-on pallet jacks safely and efficiently.\nUse scanners and headsets to follow pick paths and instructions.\nNavigate a temperature-controlled warehouse to locate and select products.\nStack and organize products on pallets according to company standards.\nFollow FIFO rotation and all warehouse safety procedures.\nMaintain clean, organized work areas and report any safety concerns.\nSupport overall warehouse operations by completing all required training.\nWhat You’ll Need\nHigh school diploma or GED (required)\n1–2 years warehouse or manual material handling experience (preferred)\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nExcellent time management and reliability\nCommitment to safety and workplace integrity\nBasic computer literacy\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.\nStand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, squatting, and reaching\nWork in a refrigerated warehouse environment (protective gear provided)\nWest Side Beer Distributing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
