LEGACY TURKEY – Packing Line Lead 2nd ShiftJob ResponsibilitiesWilling to work towards becoming knowledgeable in product specifications, GMP policies, SSOP procedures and HACCP programsAble to handle people management and manage department when Team Leader is outWorking extended periods of time in a cool environmentLabel supply verifications and final label verification reviews for assigned shiftMaintain all required files and keep legible and accurate recordsWork actions and attendance to be weighed factors in this processAbility to work independently and with othersMinimum QualificationsSpeak, read, and write in English with ability to communicate with managementExcellent organizational skillsHigh degree of written and oral communication skillsExcellent math skillsPlant processing knowledgeNo performance work actions in the last 6 monthsNo attendance work actions in the last 12 months (three days or less in last 12 months)Able to lift 50 lbsQualifications & SpecificsKnowledge of product labeling requirementsStatistical Process Control knowledge and experienceFully trained in HACCP principlesHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, report development)ScheduleCore business hours: Monday – Friday; weekends as scheduled5:00pm to 2:30am. Shifts may vary depending on production schedulesWorking ConditionsMost positions operate around 40°F with some variation by process. As a harvesting facility, certain natural byproducts (such as blood or internal materials) may be visible.
