This position supports clients across both of our clinic locations in Sagamore and Norton.About UsPeak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. We focus on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team.What You'll DoManage and oversee an assigned ABA caseloadConduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide clinical direction and support to RBTs assigned to your casesMonitor client progress through data and adjust programming as neededCollaborate with families and interdisciplinary team membersMaintain timely and compliant documentationContribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environmentWhat This Role Is and Is Not?
