Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the World’s greatest healthcare challenges.\nAs the Program Manager, you are responsible for leading complex programs helping to build program management fundamentals for the Acelis Connected Health Business. Programs will span all major business functions (e.g. operations, commercial, revenue cycle, legal, software, IT) whereby new product development will primarily focus on digital products. This high-impact PM will additionally be instrumental in building the culture and capabilities within program management across the business, including core team structure, governance, templates, tools, and overall execution framework. As such, the right candidate will be an expert in project management fundamentals, have demonstrated strong program-level execution, and be a change agent in building a strong PM culture.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nManage projects, programs and/or portfolios spanning the following functional areas:\nNew product development within software & IT\nRevenue cycle management\nCustomer service & supply chain\nSales & marketing\nManage high-complexity projects containing multiple workstreams, including core team and extended teams.\nDrive culture of core team effectiveness by ensuring clear expectations, adequate resource planning, and accountability structure.\nDrive initiatives to improve program management practices and tools, including: (1) implementation of waterfall vs. agile, (2) governance templates, (3) prioritization framework.\nFollows all regulatory policies, procedures, privacy, and security standards in accordance with government agencies including all HIPAA requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBA/BS degree in a technical or engineering discipline.\n5+ years in a program management role.\nExperience managing new product development for digital products.\nExperience managing programs with complex requirements in a highly regulated industry.\nDemonstrated knowledge in technology lifecycle processes (SDLC, agile, waterfall, etc.).\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertifications in Product or Project Management.\nFamiliarity with healthcare services and products.\nCertifications in Agile Scrum Rolls.\nApply Now\nLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: www.abbottbenefits.com\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
