A significant focus will be on mechanical roll services. In this lead role, the Process Engineer is expected to analyze present workflow and functions, make recommendations to management for improvements, and implement those improvements after approval while assuring consistency across plants. This role is intended to be a mentoring and lead position as new process engineers are hired in the other plants.
