Our national and global scale allows us to help our clients develop and implement standardized solutions at any of their facilities regardless of physical location or the local resources available at that site.\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Controls Design Engineer to join our Mission Critical Team, which specializes in the design and deployment of industrial control systems in the rapidly expanding data center market.\n\nYou will\n\nServe as a team member supporting the execution of project work from design through implementation.\n\nDevelop/modify design documentation – drawing packages, method of procedures, sequence of operations, testing scripts.\n\nPerform quality checks and bench testing of PLC and HMI programs.\n\nProvide onsite and remote support commissioning system design changes.\n\nBe an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.\n\nYou have\n\nBachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.\n\n3+ years of experience with industrial control system applications.\n\n3+ years of experience working with industrial HVAC / BMS / EPMS applications for data center environments.\n\nPLC experience – Have successfully completed multiple projects with Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell Control Logix PLCs. Capable of training/mentoring others and performing technical reviews of work done by others.\n\nSCADA experience – Have successfully completed multiple projects with Inductive Automation Ignition – Perspective. Capable of training/mentoring others and performing technical reviews of work done by others.\n\nExperience commissioning in \"live\" environments.\n\nWillingness to travel approximately 30%\n\nA DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.\n\nYou may have\n\nCertification with Inductive Automation Ignition products.\n\nFamiliarity with Schneider Control Expert (PLC) / EPO (SCADA), AVEVA / Wonderware System Platform, and other PLC / SCADA platforms.\n\nInstrumentation calibration / startup experience.\n\nExperience leading small groups or project teams.\n\nBenefits & Perks\n\n401k + match + prompt enrollment.
