This position involves operating and maintaining setups for conventional, special purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to fabricate and assemble both metallic and nonmetallic components by performing the following tasks. The wage range for this position is $20.95 - $22.50 per hour. There is a 3rd shift premium of 10%.\n\nEmployees are eligible for benefits on the first day of employment which include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, annual bonus program, paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, a great working environment including 100% climate-controlled facility and much more! Danfoss offers 3 weeks paid PTO accrued over each bi-weekly paycheck plus 13 paid holidays including annual paid shutdown week between Christmas and New Year’s. Adheres strictly to safety regulations and actively promotes workplace safety.\nComplies with all standard operating procedures, control plans, processes, and quality standards.\nEfficiently sets up, operates, and dismantles unit assembly and sub-assembly workstations.\nExhibits flexibility in methods and ideas, responds positively to changes, and supports updates in procedures, processes, technology, responsibilities, and assignments.\nAccurately fits and assembles parts into complete units, ensuring precise dimensions and proper alignment of assemblies.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma/(GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nAbility to apply logic and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.\nThe employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
