Successful candidates will be able to use data to drive insights, provide strategic recommendations, uncover trends, build scalable assets and data models.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct deep dive analyses on attrition leveraging large volumes of datasets using SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.\nCollaborate with Data Architecture and Data Engineering to enhance data infrastructure and data governance\nDocument processes, data sources, metric definitions and enablement materials for diverse stakeholders\nBuild and deliver presentations with recommendations to senior executives\nSupport automation and enhancement of key processes to improve accuracy, timeliness and scalability of insights delivered\nUnderstand the underlying data architecture supporting the Renewals business and identify drivers of attrition\nDesired Skills and Experience:\n4+ years of management consulting and/or business operations experience\nDegree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience required.\nProficiency with SQL (Snowflake) and Tableau.
