You are proactive, organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and innovation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes, championing data modeling using DBT.\n\nImplement data models and structures in Snowflake for efficient data retrieval and analysis.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions.\n\nDevelop and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and transformation.\n\nEnsure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing processes.\n\nCreate and maintain documentation for data processes, models, and analytics solutions.\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and analytics systems for optimal performance.\n\nUtilize visualization and AI‑driven analytics tools (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.) to enable natural language data interaction.\n\nStay current with industry trends, AI‑driven tools, and semantic modeling techniques.\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nProficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., MsSQL, Oracle).\n\nExperience with Snowflake and data warehousing solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with ETL/ELT platforms (DBT, Informatica) and data catalog tools (Lightup, Alation).\n\nStrong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.\n\nKnowledge of AI‑driven analytics platforms, semantic modeling, and NLP techniques.\n\nExperience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and AI model deployment.\n\nUnderstanding of data governance and security best practices.\n\nAcademic Credentials\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.\n\nMaster’s degree is a plus.\n\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\n\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee‑based recruitment services.
