You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways:\r\nTeam Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.\r\nDesign & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n10+ years of professional software development experience.\r\nAdvanced English is required.\r\nSuccessful completion of a four-year college degree is required.\r\nStrong proficiency in C# and .NET.\r\nProficiency in React and Node.js for full-stack development.\r\nStrong experience with modern frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\r\nHands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including knowledge of HTTP 1/2.\r\nSolid experience in backend service development.\r\nDeep understanding of software design and architecture best practices.\r\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\r\nProven leadership and mentoring experience in senior or principal engineering roles.\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\r\nExperience with performance optimization techniques is preferred.\r\nFamiliarity with security frameworks and compliance standards in regulated environments is a plus.\r\nExperience with CI/CD practices and modern frontend development patterns is nice to have.\r\nAbility to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.\r\nAbility to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.\r\nForensic attention to detail.\r\nA positive mindset and a can-do attitude.\r\nExperience working on Agile / Scrum teams.\r\nMeaningful experience working on large, complex systems.\r\nAbility to take extreme ownership over your work.
