About the Role We're seeking an IT Manager to build and scale our internal technology infrastructure while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards. You'll be responsible for managing our growing team's technology needs and implementing security frameworks that enable us to serve enterprise customers.Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Operations Manage laptop provisioning, software licensing, and hardware lifecycle for 25+ team membersOversee user account management across SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)Streamline employee onboarding/offboarding technology processesTroubleshoot technical issues and provide internal technical supportManage software license optimization and vendor relationshipsSecurity & Compliance Lead SOC 2 Type II compliance efforts, working with external auditorsImplement and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentationManage access controls and permissions for business applications and user accountsCoordinate with engineering team to gather technical compliance evidenceRespond to customer security questionnaires and support enterprise sales processConduct regular security assessments for business systems and user endpointsEnsure GDPR and other regulatory compliance requirements are metStrategic Planning Design scalable business IT systems to support company growthEvaluate and implement new productivity tools and business applicationsDevelop IT budgets and vendor management strategiesCreate and maintain IT documentation and standard operating proceduresRequired Qualifications 3-5 years of IT experience, preferably in tech startups or high-growth environmentsHands-on experience with SOC 2 compliance and security frameworksExperience with Google Workspace, SSO solutions, and SaaS application managementStrong understanding of endpoint security, identity management, and access controlsPrevious experience supporting technical teams in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills for translating between technical and business stakeholdersWhat We Offer Competitive salary and equity packageFully remote position with flexible work arrangementsOpportunity to build business IT systems from the ground upDirect impact on company's ability to serve enterprise customersWork with cutting-edge productivity and security toolsComprehensive benefits packageAbout Silna Health Silna Health is a health technology company that streamlines front-end insurance workflows for healthcare providers nationwide.
