This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of recruiting data, performing routine audits, monitoring process compliance, and assisting with administrative tasks that support the Talent Acquisition team.\nThe ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and comfortable working with data, systems, and documentation in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring recruiting activities are completed accurately, records are properly maintained, company policies and procedures are followed, and operational reporting is kept up to date. The HR Analytics Administrator will also provide administrative support for training initiatives, process documentation, and other projects that help improve the efficiency and consistency of the Talent Acquisition function.\nIn This Role, You Will:\n50% | Administrative & Operational Support\nSupport department initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and user adoption of recruiting systems and processes.\nCollaborate with recruiters, operations teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure administrative and compliance-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.\nAssist with special projects and operational priorities that support Talent Acquisition and organizational objectives.\nContribute ideas and recommendations that enhance process effectiveness and reporting capabilities.\n20% | Reporting & Productivity Support\nCreate, maintain, and distribute recruiting compliance dashboards, productivity reports, and operational metrics.\nPrepare executive-level reporting and data reviews that provide visibility into recruiting performance, compliance trends, and process effectiveness.\nAnalyze data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport leadership with ad hoc reporting and strategic workforce analytics requests.\n20% | Training & Coordination\nCoordinate weekly recruiting training sessions, onboarding activities, and departmental communications.\nTrack training participation and completion to ensure compliance with established requirements.\nPartner with Recruiting Operations leadership to maintain training materials and process documentation.\nAssist in communicating process updates, compliance initiatives, and operational changes across the recruiting organization.\n10% | Compliance Auditing & Process Governance\nConduct regular audits of recruiting systems, workflows, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable employment laws.\nMonitor recruiting activities for process adherence and identify opportunities to improve consistency, accuracy, and accountability.\nInvestigate discrepancies, document findings, and partner with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.\nMaintain audit records and support compliance reviews for internal and external stakeholders.\nAssist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of recruiting compliance procedures and best practices.\nKey Tools Used\nExcel – Report creation, data organization, and presentation formatting.\nSalesforce – Job posting management, tracking, and report generation.\nFountain ATS – Applicant tracking, process monitoring, and recruiting compliance reviews.\nMust Haves\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.\n1–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role;
