We're seeking detail-oriented, security-cleared DevOps Software Engineer to support DevOps activities as part of an agile development team for a large, complex enterprise system.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nManaging tools that support software development, deployment, and integrated testing.\r\nIntegrating project functions and resources across the full product lifecycle.\r\nIdentifying manual processes and implementing automation to improve efficiency.\r\nSelecting, configuring, and maintaining appropriate CI/CD tools.\r\nImplementing and supporting development, testing, and automation tools while optimizing the underlying IT infrastructure.\r\nEnsuring that all system changes and improvements maintain required security standards.\r\nDesigning, building, and continuously improving CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.\r\nDemonstrating persistence and ownership when facing challenges, with a strong commitment to program goals.\r\nCollaborating with and assisting team members across the program, as needed, to achieve shared objectives.\r\nWhat You Bring\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nAt least 8 years of relevant DevOps experience.\r\nMust have at least 5 years of experience managing tools that support software development, deployment, and integrated testing.\r\nMust have at least 5 years of experience working with CI/CD frameworks.\r\nMust have meaningful system administration experience (primarily Windows, with some Linux).\r\nMust have experience with several of the following: Java, Groovy, Python, PowerShell, Batch, Bash scripting, JavaScript, and AngularJS. Must have experience with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Rhapsody, and WebStorm.\r\nMust have experience with software source control and configuration management tools.\r\nMust have experience working in a virtualized environment, including managing virtual machines (VMs).\r\nMust have experience with container-based platforms used for automated application deployment.\r\nWhy Helm Point?\r\nWe're not just filling seats — we're building careers.
