Their work is fast-moving, varied, and never routine. They are a small, close-knit team, and the right person will quickly become an indispensable part of how they operate.The RoleOur client is looking for a sharp, self-directed Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support their leadership team across both the operational and marketing sides of the business. This is a dual-function role — one part business support, one part brand presence — and the ideal candidate will move fluidly between the two.What You'll Do --Administrative & Transactional SupportPrepare and manage contracts, letters of intent, listing agreements, and related real estate documentsOversee document management and storage, ensuring files are organized, current, and easily accessibleHandle a range of administrative tasks to keep the office running efficientlyAnticipate needs and take initiative without waiting to be askedMarketing & Digital PresenceCreate engaging social media content across platformsDesign and distribute e-blasts and other marketing materials as neededCoordinate with the website manager to ensure all company websites remain accurate, current, and on-brandSupport listing marketing and other project-based initiatives as they ariseWhat We're Looking ForExperience in real estate, a family office, or a similarly dynamic, multi-entity environment is a strong plusComfortable with real estate documents and transaction paperworkProficient in marketing tools — whether that's Canva, Mailchimp, social platforms, or similarExceptionally organized with strong attention to detailA proactive communicator who keeps things moving without needing to be remindedDiscreet, trustworthy, and professional — confidentiality is a priority in a family office environmentTech-savvy and adaptable; willing to learn systems and tools as neededThe DetailsHours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: In-office, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on workload and workflowBenefits: Medical benefits are fully paid by the employer — a standout perk in today's marketThis is a rare opportunity to join a small team where contributions are visible, the work is meaningful, and no two days look exactly alike.
