This highly visible role is at the center of Veer's success, ensuring our platform fits seamlessly into each customer's HR and leave management ecosystem. You'll work across employers, third-party vendors, and Veer's engineering team to deliver smooth, scalable, and repeatable integrations that delight customers and enable growth.\\nWhat you'll do\\n\\nOwn all customer integration projects from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary point of accountability.\\nTranslate customer leave policies and claims administrator data into actionable requirements for engineering.\\nDrive cross-functional coordination between Veer, customer HR teams, and third-party administrators.\\nProactively identify risks, escalate issues, and manage resolution to keep projects on track.\\nBuild and maintain integration documentation, workflows, and mapping guides.
