We strive to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace with competitive benefits, development opportunities and a culture that values and rewards employees on all levels of the organization.\nJob Summary:\n\nThe primary purpose of this role is to provide laboratory testing to support operation of the Lafayette manufacturing process.\n\nThe Quality Laboratory Technician within AEX requires technical and interpersonal skills essential to teamwork.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\n• Supporting the control and developmental activities in regard to the Production and Metallurgical departments.\n\n• Accurately, effectively, and efficiently providing test results with being quality conscious.\n\nAlso note: , eligible candidates will need:\n\n• To be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift\n\n• Must have applicable experience solving problems and understanding customer specifications and procedures\n\n• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office\nYou have: (required)\n\n• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution\n• Ability to review and interpret data\n• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\n• This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), which requires U.S. person status.
