You'll help develop technology spanning site selection, construction execution, capital management, and facility operations. This role will serve as a critical bridge between technical execution and strategic business objectives, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with business commitments while driving execution excellence.Key job responsibilitiesStrategic Program Leadership and PlanningSupport 3-Year Plan (3YP), Operating Plan (OP1 and OP2), and quarterly planning processes with technical perspectivePartner with pillar leads, architects, and VP stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with strategic objectivesConduct risk analysis on cross-pillar technical dependencies and develop mitigation plansBuild multi-year resource models showing technical capacity needs across pillarsCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadershipTechnical Depth and Solution ScopingFacilitate technical trade-off discussions, translating technical options into business terms for leadership decision-makingChallenge overly optimistic technical timelines, validate capacity exists to deliver on commitments, and identify skill gapsFacilitate resolution of technical conflicts and escalate critical technical issues with recommended solutionsOwn and continuously improve technical program management processes and frameworksMentor and develop other TPMs and PMTs on technical program management best practicesDrive adoption of standardized tools, templates, and processes across the organizationA day in the lifeAmazon Benefits:Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
