Lebanon, INOn-Site Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc.You support our team as Shipping Clerk 1st Shift Responsibilities Shipping & LogisticsPrepare, package, and process outgoing shipmentsEnsure all items are labeled correctly and compliant with company and carrier requirementsCoordinate with carriers and internal teams to support timely deliveriesDocumentation & Data EntryMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date shipping records(packing lists, bills of lading, delivery receipts, etc.)Enter data into our warehouse management and tracking systemsUse Excel and Outlook daily for logs, communication, and scheduling tasksCross-Team CoordinationWork closely with Operations, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issuesCommunicate shipment status, delays, or documentation needsAssist with scheduling pickups and managing shipping timelinesQualifications High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, or related fields (preferred)Strong data entry abilities and familiarity with Excel and OutlookWorking knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory practices, and warehouse operationsExperience with warehouse management systemsExcellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and a focus on accuracyThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
