Internal Medicine Physician

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare services to adult patients in a dynamic clinical setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in internal medicine, with the ability to manage a wide range of medical conditions, perform thorough patient assessments, and coordinate multidisciplinary care. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with a diverse healthcare team to improve health outcomes.*Duties** Conduct detailed medical histories and comprehensive physical examinations to accurately assess patient health status. * Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical judgment. * Develop personalized care plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health strategies. * Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and EMR platforms to document patient encounters and streamline workflows. * Order and interpret diagnostic tests including medical imaging such as CT scans, ultrasound, and laboratory results to inform clinical decisions. * Coordinate with specialists across disciplines such as cardiology, endocrinology, pulmonology, psychiatry, and others for complex case management. * Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment adherence to promote long-term wellness. * Engage in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care standards and outcomes.*Requirements** Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure as an Internal Medicine Physician or equivalent qualification. * Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient settings within hospital medicine or primary care environments. * Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management. * Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, diagnostic radiology, and pharmacology relevant to internal medicine practice. * Experience with procedures including suturing, IV infusion, airway management, and basic life support (BLS). * Familiarity with specialty areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, rheumatology, or pulmonology is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Commitment to patient service excellence while adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical protocols. * Additional skills in geriatrics, chronic disease management, telehealth experience, or clinical research are desirable but not mandatory.
